The KYDT Board of Directors is committed to supporting and strengthening our dance program through Leadership, Collaboration, and Community engagement. We strive to ensure every dancer has the opportunity to grow in skill, confidence, teamwork, and pride while representing KYDT with Excellence.

Board of Directors

Our Dance Board of Directors is a dedicated group of leaders committed to supporting the mission, growth, and long-term success of our dance program. Working behind the scenes, the board provides guidance, oversight, and strategic direction to ensure our dancers and coaches have the resources and opportunities they need to thrive.

Through collaboration, organization, and a shared passion for dance, the board helps create a strong foundation for our program and community.

Our Role

The Board of Directors serves as the governing and support body for KYDT. Our responsibilities include:

  • Upholding the mission and values of KYDT

  • Providing financial oversight and budget guidance

  • Supporting fundraising efforts and sponsorship development

  • Assisting with events, competitions, and program initiatives

  • Serving as a communication bridge between families and leadership

  • Ensuring long-term growth and sustainability of the program

Through dedication behind the scenes, the board helps create opportunities for our dancers to shine both on and off the floor!!
